Hema brings more than 30 years of global technology leadership across industries, alongside extensive non-executive experience. She is deeply committed to using innovation for positive change and is especially energised by DKC’s mission to build a better, more sustainable future for children’s fashion. Hema supports DKC as a strategic advisor, helping shape the platform, strengthen its technology roadmap, and guide its growth.
Christine Kasoulis

Christine is a senior retail executive with decades of experience leading high-performing teams across Clothing, Beauty and Home. She has held Director roles at some of the UK’s most recognised retailers and is currently a director at TWC. She also holds an MBA from Henley Business School. Passionate about responsible retail, Christine champions sustainable practices and brings strategic clarity to DKC’s evolution as a modern circular fashion ecosystem.
Gemma Metheringham
Fashion Futurist • Circular Fashion Advocate • PhD Researcher
A long-standing advocate for circular fashion, Gemma is currently completing a PhD focused on the secondhand market. She brings a future-thinking perspective to DKC, sharing emerging insights from her research and supporting the platform’s ambition to lead fashion’s secondhand revolution. Prior to returning to academia, Gemma spent over 30 years as a Creative Director working with global brands. She has a proven track record in developing and delivering brand and design strategies across every consumer touchpoint, bridging academic rigour with real-world circular innovation.
