We value our global community of circular fashion lovers visiting our online store every day and therefore quality control is essential and central to every single stage of our work.
THE DKC 8 STEP PROCESS
You can rest assured with our 8 Step Quality & Assurance Process. This ensures that only the highest quality collections are stocked.
STEP 1: APPROVAL: Approved to sell by our experienced designer children wear fashion stylist.
STEP 2: INSPECTION: Fully inspected and authenticated via a leading authentication service.
STEP 3: CLEANED: All pre-loved items are professionally cleaned and curated ready for sale.
STEP 4: GRADING: Checked for signs of wear & tear and graded using a industry recognised grading standard 1-4.
STEP 5: PHOTOGRAPHED: Professionally photographed, presented and listed on the website.
STEP 6: TAGGING: Final checks ensuring items are properly described, sized, tagged and stored ready for sale.
STEP 7: SEAL OF APPROVAL: Upon sale they are inspected once again, given an our DKC seal of approval, wrapped and packaged for delivery.
STEP 8: DELIVERY: Yaay you receive your items, and are able to return to us hassle free if needed.
OUR CONDITION GRADING PROCESS
Every piece is hand graded, with help from the little boss herself ♥️
NWT/NIB – New with Tags/New In Box Item has never been used, in perfect as-new condition with original sale tags still attached.
NWOT/NWOB – New without Tags/New Without Box Item has never been used, in perfect as-new condition.
1 EUC – Excellent Pre-Loved Condition Gently used clothing and shoes have been washed and possibly worn, but appear new and have only very slight signs of wash wear. Item presents in excellent condition. (Example: small scuffs on sole of shoe resulting from wear indoors)
2 VGUC – Very Pre-Loved Condition Piece has been worn and shows moderate wash wear/fade, but has lots of life left in it. Articles that have been previously worn with no visible flaws are considered in very good condition. (Example: Shoe soles show markings demonstrative of outdoor wear, small creases in leather)
3 GUC – Good Pre-Loved Condition Visible signs of wear, but in acceptable condition for a new owner. Item has minor visible flaw(s) and/or significant wash wear/fade. Read description carefully for full details.
4 FP – Fair/Poor Previously worn apparel with significant visible flaw(s) and/or heavy wash wear/fade is in fair condition. Clothing that is not wearable and has severe flaws/damage is in poor condition, but may have desirable and useable element(s). These items should be considered in non-working or non-useable condition, resale for parts and/or repairs. Read description carefully for full details.
